Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our The Holistic Healing Program monthly wellness subscription box. Our subscription service is designed for those committed to a long-term wellness journey. By subscribing, you receive a significant discount in exchange for your commitment to the full 12-month healing cycle.
1. Pricing & Commitment
* Subscription Price: $25.00 per box (billed monthly).
* One-Time / Non-Subscription Price: $35.00 per box.
* Commitment: All subscriptions require a 6-month minimum commitment. This ensures you have the consistent support needed to see the program through to its conclusion.
2. Cancellation Terms
* After the 6-Month Term: Once you have received your 6th box, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time with 7 business days' notice before your next billing date.
* Early Termination (Before 6 Months): Because the $10 monthly discount is predicated on the 6-month commitment, early cancellations are subject to an Early Termination Fee. This fee will consist of the $10 price difference for each box already received, plus a $20.00 administrative fee.
3. Managing Your Subscription

4. Returns & Damaged Goods
While we do not offer returns on subscription boxes due to the nature of holistic products, we will gladly replace any items that arrive damaged. Please email a photo to our support team within 48 hours for a complimentary replacement.
