30-Min Rebounding + 30-Min Stretch YogaBounce & Flow is the perfect fusion of energizing movement and restorative grounding.This 60-minute hybrid class begins with 30 minutes of rebounding to boost lymphatic flow,ignite your metabolism, improve circulation, and release built-up stagnation in the body.You’ll sweat, smile, and feel your energy rise as the trampoline absorbs impact and keeps the joints happy.

 

Then we transition into 30 minutes of stretch-based yoga, focusing on deep opening,alignment, flexibility, and nervous system reset. This calming flow allows the body tolengthen and unwind after the cardio bounce, leaving you feeling clear, balanced, andfully restored.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle Flow Yoga is a calming, accessible practice designed to release tension, reduce stress,and reconnect you with your breath. This class moves at a slow, intentional pace with soft transitions,gentle stretches, and supportive postures that nourish the nervous system.Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, Gentle Flow helps improve mobility, increasecirculation, and restore balance in the mind and body.
